I padded through a dried meadow and crouched low to the groundwhen I heard a noise too loud to be a squirell. I stood up as I came to a dense cro of trees.I walked forwards until I saw an abandonded den. I crouched low to the ground and crawled forward.I saw a rotting deer carcass and smelt it,only 2 or 3 days old.I then noticed some wolf tracks.The tracks were the same age as the carcass. I sucked in the smell and wagged my tail.It smelled of a male wolf, my old friend from pup age.We were inseprable friends, like Nala and Simba from lion king.But we went our separate ways.I laid half in the den and half out of the den. I rested my hea ddown and sighed.I closed my eyes and began to remember the good old days...

I lifted my head and see the new wolf. I stand up and dont say anything. I backed up a few steps with my head dipped

-i stoped- oh no, please. raise your head, -she smiled-
